Headship gathered in order of day budget bill for 2023

Today will be the meeting of the Kosovo Parliament's Headship in which dozens of points from past Assembly sessions are in order.

The agenda proposal for the next plenary session, November 17, 2022, for the first review of the Bill on the Budget Breaks of the Republic of Kosovo, is also in order.

The meeting will begin with unfinished points from the plenary hearing, held on October 7 and 24, 2022 as: The principled vote of the Classified Information Protection Bill, the review of the proposal resolution for the health sector situation, the review of recommendations regarding the Kosovo Ministry of Health's Financial Overview Report for 2021, and the review of recommendations regarding the Kosovo Hospital Clinical and University Financial Review Report for 2021.

Also on this meeting will be days in order, there are unfinished points from the plenary session, held on September 15, 22, 23, 2022. The Bill's principled vote on change and fulfillment of laws dealing with rationalisation and setting accounting lines of executive voting agencies in principle of Bill No.08/ L-147 for the change and completion of the State-funded Pension Scheme Act, reviewing the annual Report of Independent Media Commission for 2021, reviewing the annual Report on Electronic and Post Communications Authority for 2021, reviewing the Report of Central Public Enterprises Performance Report for 2020, reviewing the report with recommendations under the supervision of the Law on Electronic Supervision of the Persons Watch Act was limited to the Constitutional Movement of the Court, reviewing the Report with recommendations on implementing the Law for the Review and Review of the Review of the Surveying of the Aside of the Audustractors of the Year's Financial University of Pristina in 2021.

Meanwhile, the unfinished points from the plenary session, held on October 14, 2022, are: The first review of the Bill on General Product Safety, the review of the Pro-Resolute Proposal Proposal on the non-resultation of government capital projects during 2022, the selection of two (2) members of the Kosovo Judiciary Council, and the review of the annual Report of the Ombudsman's Office for 2021.

These are the unfinished points from the plenary hearing, November 10, 2022: First review of the Special Prosecutor's Bill, first review of Bill No.08/ L-187 for completing and changing the Code of Criminal Procedure, first review of the Bill on Fulfilling and Changing Code No. 06/L-074 Penal of the Republic of Kosovo, the first review of the Republic of Kosovo's No.08/L-184 Bill for the Change and completion of the Law for Free Construction, review of the Pension Savings Fund's request for 2023, review of the Republic of Kosovo's annual Central Report for 2021, review of the International Council of Independent Monitoring for Kosovo Civil Service 2021, review of the annual Kosovo Competition Authority Report for 2021, review of the Republic of Kosovo's Constitutional Government, September 3022, the Central Commission's election of the Commission, the Central Commission for the Commission's Research and Review of the Kosovo Economics Programmes of the 2021 Kosovo Finance Report.

This meeting will discuss the agenda proposal for the next plenary Seance on November 17, 2022, with this agenda: Adopting processes from previous sessions, statements outside the agenda, parliamentary questions, principle voting of the Bill for the completion and amending of the Law for Independent Council for the Independent Council for the Civil Service of Kosovo, first review of the Bill on Budget Breaks of the Republic of Kosovo's 2023 budget, the first review of the Bill for Change, and the completion of laws containing their special administrative procedures and harmonisation with the Law for General Administration Procedure, the first review of the Bill for the Forgiveness of Punishment Measures imposed during the Cune-19D period, two proposals for the Constitutional Courts, reviews of the Research Report for the Year's Accounting Council, the 20th Conference Report for the Commission, the Commission and the Commission's Report on December 20th.
