When I was Chief Chief Echezekuit, beginning in June 2009, I had asked the ARKEP to remove all MTS and Mobitel of Serbia in both the north and the Serb-run municipalities. So on April 26, 2010, on that day we removed the antennas of Serbian illegal operators in the northern part of Kosovo, even that day to visit these French KFOR officers”, he wrote.

For the truth and consumers of Telekom and Kosovo citizens, I was moved by news that the network of Telekom in northern Kosovo is now being extended in 2022 and that the government is investing 1m euros in Vala infrastructure in northern Kosovo. When I was Chief Chief Echezekuitive, starting in June 2009, I had asked the ARKEP to remove all of the MTS and Mobitel of Serbia, even in the north and the Serb majority municipalities.
So on April 26, 2010, that day we removed the antennas of Serbian illegal operators in the northern part of Kosovo, even that day to visit these French KFOR officers. And we've got V antennas on. ALA in northern Kosovo. The antennas and the follow-ups on the Serbian phone damaged are still in place today at the QTP Postal Centre in Fusha Kosovo, and everyone can visit them there. They're still in the same condition since we put them in the QTP!
That same year I founded the Directorate for Communities at PTK's centre, and the Director was Slobodan Petrovic, the former deputy deputy of the Kosovo Assembly by the liberal Serbian party, not the Serbian List. So we put the Vala infrastructure and the quality of the PTK director's location of the telecommunication law in northern Kosovo. This infrastructure goes on today since our time. That's why manipulation couldn't cover the faces of success or failure.
So far this government has invested almost 20 million and have left work on 400 employees. What is the success and fraud of this government? We've given 400 million screws in my time and we've hired over 1200 employees. So the telecom needs people who can turn it into successes, not political manipulations and denial of the past.
