Haziri: Agreement must be concluded with recognition, any other talks are a waste of time

Haziri praised that any talks that did not involve mutual recognition would only be a waste of time for Kosovo.

“There are no conditions for this process to go without recognition, the Kosovo side must go for recognition. Any talk about Serbia out of recognition for us is a waste of time. It's degenerating out of ignorance, citizens are preparing for ignorance, but that's not the truth. Also, Haziri stressed that Kosovo and Serbia are working forward without any conditions, while adding that as of 2010 there are a total of three phases of the dialogue process.
