Haxhiu blames past governments: Serbia has learned badly in dialogue, have done everything Belgrade has said

Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has been speaking at a media conference about Serbs' decision in the north to leave Kosovo institutions, including political representatives, police, judges and prosecutors Hadziu, has said institutions in the north including prosecutors and courts are working and citizens are taking [...] services.
Haxhiu has said institutions in the north, including prosecutors and courts, are functioning and citizens are receiving their services.
She has said that extending rule of law to even that part of the country has no alternative. According to Haxhiu, Kosovo's position in dialogue with Serbia has never been more dignified.
The justice minister says the approach government has had in this process has presented problems for the current Government.
There is no option to rule the law. It's not a solution, it's an obligation. So all of the Government's decisions are right and legitimate, and so far I've never seen someone who has disputed them except, of course, the Vuchy of the Serbian List. For the first time, Kosovo's position in the negotiations is significant because the government has not allowed the Serbian referendum and the elections to be held, but now the reciprocity measures each makes normal state. Unfortunately not only signed agreements, but also the approach past governments have had now presents problems for us as well, because they have taught them badly, everything Serbia and Belgrade have said yes. It is a challenge until we have the extent of rule of law in every corner of the country”, Haxhi said.
