Hovenier, among other things, said the parties in the dialogue should show flexibility and creativity to move forward with the agreement on normalising relations.
This depends on the parties themselves, but one of the important pledges that was made by both sides with yesterday's agreement is and quoted “as focusing urgently on the proposal for normalisation of relations. The document itself envisions several specific EU-led meetings, whose goal is to work towards them and to present results. The EU can talk about these deadlines, but it's on a fast track, it's in a timeline that shows the urgency of this matter”, said Havener in Rubik, following Periscope.
“Well there are a number of things that need to be discussed in the context of this proposal for normalising relations between the two sides, and what Serbia and Kosovo have to do is to engage constructively in these negotiations. EU mediators will help define agendas in co-operation with the parties. We require flexibility, creativity and efforts to advance this agreement to normalise relations”, Ambassador Havenier said. /Periscope.
