EU spokesman Peter Stano, who had said at a news conference that the meeting “could happen very quickly”.
“The EU expects progress in dialogue, escalation and constructive readiness to advance. We are in the worst crisis since 2013, and the High Representative has made clear what they expect from both sides and what we have become to help them and give a European solution to the situation. We remain committed to welcoming both, Prime Minister Kurti and President Vuciq, in Brussels for a high meeting as soon as possible and as soon as they are willing to show European behaviour to find a European solution to their problems”, Stano said Tuesday.
