In a response by Germany's Embassy, this country reportedly supports efforts in the Kosovo dialogue, Serbia, of the special European Union representative Miroslav Lajcak.
Germany, referring to the statement issued Saturday by EU High Representative Josep Borrell, in the same case calls for Kosovo to extend its full deadline for license plates and suspension of reproofs, demanding that this issue be resolved through dialogue.
The German state considers that the withdrawal of Serbs from Kosovo institutions is not a solution, but only escalates the situation.
In response to the embassy, Germany calls on Serbs to fulfill its obligations, return to Kosovo institutions and fulfill its duties in local institutions, police, judiciary and administration.
The country, led by Chancellor Olaf Scholz, as requested by the US and the EU, calls on Kosovo institutions to start negotiations on establishing the Serb Majority Commission Association.
This country considers establishing this association is a legal obligation for Kosovo.
Germany seeks from the parties (Kosovo and Serbia) to ensure peace and stability.
