Faithful Bislim travels to Brussels tonight, Borrell: We're in a dangerous situation.

According to him, a solution must be found before November 21st, the date when this will begin fines in the north for those who do not have RKS license plates, while he said it is open also for meeting between leaders if there is concrete progress in meetings between the top negotiators. Borrell made these statements after his reporting to the EU Council of Foreign Affairs ministers, where he stressed that the current crisis in northern Kosovo is the most dangerous and serious since 2013.
He urged Serbs to return to the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, while the Government of Kosovo showed flexibility on the license issue while working towards establishing the Association of Serb majority municipalities.
