You can't have another system, you can't have a parallel system or whatever you want to call it, even if sometimes it's reality, especially in northern Kosovo, but it's not sustainable. You can't have two different jurisdictions in the same territory”, he concluded.
Wigermark confirmed that EU High Representative Joseph Borrell and the envoy for dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak, are working hard for a solution that would escalate the situation in the north before 21 November.
