Stano has told Tanjug that information about the new proposal published in the media is another dezinformation, which he has claimed there have been many last days.
The “on the table is the proposal for which High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Josep Borelli spoke at the press conference Monday, and discussions about him are continuing. So there's nothing new and what he said Monday is still important. ” said Stano.
Specific media, calling to diplomatic sources, announced today that the EU's special envoy for dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina has handed over to Kosovo's chief negotiator, Besnik Bislimi, the new proposal for resolving the crisis in the north.
Borell said Monday after the EU foreign affairs ministers' meeting in Brussels that he submitted a proposal for resolving the current crisis, which is its “core” and EU special envoy for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak.
He also said the proposal received the backing of Berlin and Paris.
He has said Kosovo Serbs should return to Kosovo institutions and that Kosovo should show flexibility in terms of plates and work on the agreement to form the Serb majority municipalities' association without delay.
He stressed that November 21st should not be fulfilled without agreement “otherwise we will be on the verge of a very dangerous situation”.
