In an EU report, an emergency Pristina-Belgrade dialogue meeting will be held in Brussels on Monday 21 November.
On Monday, November 21st, an emergency Belgrade-Pristina dialogue meeting will be held in Brussels, said the report.
European Union High Representative Joseph Borrell, as well as the European Union's Special Envoy for Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue Miroslav Lajcak, will begin with separate meetings with each head of state, starting at 8:00, and then expected to have a joint meeting.
“Fokus of the emergency meeting will be finding a way out of the current crisis and avoiding any further escalation and tension on the ground, with emphasis on the plates and the return of Kosovo Serbs to Kosovo institutions”.
At the end of this meeting, there is also expected to be a press release by European Union High Representative Joseph Borrell.
