British media have echoed the protest of Albanian immigrants, who for several hours today have filled the streets of London and the square before the British Parliament.
With the title “The Churchill statue was covered with the Albanian flag”, the British painting writes that thousands of Albanians gathered on the Westminster Bridge and marched towards Parliament.
Their protest, writes the Daily Mail was against statements by Interior Secretary Suella Braverman.
“They urged the government to respect as humans and their human rights, saying that not all Albanians are criminals”, British media wrote, following the “Video filmed at Westminster Bridge in London showed protesters holding national flags with two-headed eagle and banners at”.
A former British politician and former deputees, meanwhile The EP, Nigel Farage, criticised the demonstration by posting on Twitter: “These people don't care about our country and the sacrifices of the past. What's happening today in London is shameful”
