He stressed that this proposal does not solve Kosovo's problem with Serbia, until it expects that even if such a plan is accepted, we will have similar problems in the future as in the present.
No recognition. The Franco-German plan has no recognition. It is a legal document that transforms the Kosovo-Serbia report, and is dominated by crisis management”, Hasani has said at Debat Plus.
