All doubts are removed: The former head of Hysen Durmish company was favoured in recommending the contract on more than 400,000 euros

Periscop has seen the report delivered by two OSHP experts. They found violations by the Ministry Commission when they recommended it for a tear contract, two, company “Sopi”

The report says that the recommended contracting company for tear 2, on the list of projects presented for the nature of the work accomplished for this procurement activity, does not meet the contracting authority requirement requiring that “Operator, should provide sufficient evidence that has performed similar services (instabilities of feasibility, the project and detailed projects and the supervision of dam construction work) of at least two” contracts.

According to experts, the company on this list and in documents attached to the offer has not submitted any evidence which meets the aforementioned requirement.

This degree does not meet demand.
