Maloku, in his testimony before the court, said he was out right away looking for the people who brought Osman to the hospital.
The deceased “has been brought by two persons without signs of life. We started with the procedure and the team quickly gathered there. Just as we got close to the patient, we noticed she died earlier and it wasn't the death of the last few moments. When we went out to the hall to ask the two people, they weren't there. Therefore, we have called Police and Legal Medicine Institute”, Maloku said.
While asked by Osmani's family lawyer which of the medical staff came out to search for Krivaq and Sejdiu, he said it appeared personally.
I've personally come out to ask the two people, since I need counsel with them on the intensive care procedure. I'm out talking to the pair, these two guys have already been out of emergency. I haven't had contact with them”, the witness's response, Burim Maloku.
