State Department: The removal of Serbs from institutions, risk of overcoming tensions

The removal of Kosovo Serbs from institutions is not a solution to current disputes and has the potential for further passage of tensions on the ground. All sides must take steps to reduce tensions and ensure peace and stability”, the Albanian Post says.

A rhetoric what is currently ruling in relation to Kosovo's north puts life in jeopardy, is said by the US State Department.

“Actions and rhetoric that increases the possibility of violence imposes innocent lives and international peacekeeping forces on the ground at an unnecessary risk of”.

The American spokesman has also suggested that the US “states agree with the European Union that recent developments are disturbing and put at risk the significant progress achieved so far in the EU-brokered dialogue”.

In the end, it also says that “Kosovo and Serbia must implement agreements which they have already signed in the dialogue process, including the beginning of talks to establish the Association of Serb-run municipalities”.

The current situation in the north has been a topic of discussion at today's meeting between Kosovo's prime minister and opposition leaders.

Apart from the situation in the north, at one of the points discussed, which electrified the atmosphere among those present, was the issue of Kosovo reports - USA.

Although for the first executive, Albin Kurti, reports with the US have suffered no damage, with the same conclusion had not been hired by Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj, who was the first to issue the meeting in question.

Haradinaj's thoughts of Krasniqi for the prime minister's uncertainty at the meeting also reaffirmed the chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdijxhiku.

Neither he, like the first two, had seen any operating strategy exist or at least it had revealed to them Kurti.
