Konjufca said this plan would solve problems between the two countries until mutual recognition.
“Kurti has sent his thoughts about this plan and all those reserves we have have have have first sentence preceded by the sentence that starts with this is a plan to solve them until full recognition between Kosovo and Serbia. This is a good basis for leading to a recognition between Kosovo and Serbia until mutual recognition. It's as if it's 95 percent, and in the end Serbia has apparently demanded that before entering the European Union, it also owes verbal recognition because it is a condition of the EU”, Conjufca said.
According to him, Kosovo does not lose something without this verbal recognition.
“One thing we need to consider, we're assuming this agreement is being signed, I don't know what effect Serbia may have been rejecting the Franco-German plan, but I don't see any consequences from the international community”, he concluded.
