Glauk Konjufca, chairman of the Assembly, has welcomed US Congresswoman Ritchie Torres in Kosovo.
Konjufca in Facebook post, has said that Congresswoman Torres is a great friend of Kosovo.
In addition, the first of the assembly has recalled a Torres speech, delivered in the House of Representatives, where it had declared that Kosovo has built a growing democracy in which the US has a special place in its heart.
We welcome US Congressman Ritchie Torres to Kosovo. Congressman Torres is a great friend of our country. During his speech to the House of Representatives, Torres had said: “Kosovo has built a growing democracy in whose heart the US has a special place. The US has no better friend in southern Europe than Kosovo and Kosovo cannot have better friends in the world than the US””, Konjufca said.
