However, Kosovo in this agreement, where Kurti has also established the firm, has been presented with a banner.
Kurti's advisor has confirmed this, lives Zulfaj in “D XUK” by reasoning that “this is part of previous reconciliation”.
“Asterisk is in the agreement when we refer to states, but it is part of the reconciliation that was made earlier in the context of regional co-operation. It is the only sign we have inherited in this process of regional co-operation. The rest is with citizens, legislation of each side”, Zulfaj said.
However, according to Zulfaj, the three agreements signed Thursday consider all states equal.
We have “insisted that documents that are issued are the legislation in force of each state. So each side has its own legislation. The diplomats are of the Republic of Kosovo, IDs are of the Republic of Kosovo. That was the initial problem, which may have a different approach to Kosovo, but we've accepted”, he said, adding that all problems have been overcome by “accepting the principle of equality”.
Three agreements involving free movement and recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications have been signed in Berlin yesterday.
Serbia has been represented by Prime Minister Ana Brnabiq since Serbian head of state Aleksandar Vuciq has travelled to Berlin.
Kurt's been asked about Alexander Vucciki's non-participation and said he's missing nobody.
Meanwhile, charges of signing agreements have been addressed by Serbia today. “Dear leader” Bosko Obradovic has said the Serbian prime minister must be prosecuted since she, according to him, has recognised Kosovo as a state publicly”
