The Parliamentary Group of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has held the discussion table with the “Kosovo Budget Bill for 2023, the Law of Salaries”, with public sector unions in Kosovo.

Disturbing the AAK GP was the lack of budgetary division for all categories of public sector employees and the failure to establish the Law of Salaries.

AAK MP Besnik Tahiri said the Kosovo government is manipulating with the Law of Salaries.

“does not reflect the political attitude, nor the public one that links with salaries in the public sector. We are concerned that there is a tendency to manipulate this issue and that we, like GP, have discussed this subject in detail”, Tahiri said.

This party's MP, Paul Lekaj, said that compared to 20 per cent of inflation, cannot be considered the largest budget ever in Kosovo.

It is true that the government is proud of the proposed budget for 1923, but they are not doing the inflation analysis. If we compare inflation with 20 percent, then we consider that there is no budget increase but there is recession. The fiscal year can reach 20 percent of the lowest rescue compared to past governments, which has damaged the state budget”, Lekaj said.

“We have insisted and we have been active in adopting the Law and we have adopted a resolution with the support of the VV, but it has been a fraud on their part because of the time it has been spent in implementing this resolution”, Lekaj said further.

MP Shemsedin Dresaj said the cause of dignified wages 191 doctors have left the country this year alone.

Sceptic that the Law of Salaries will be in effect in 2023, said SBASAK chairman Nundman Jasharaj.

I'm also in the past, but even during the strike I congratulate you that you've told the truth even though others have tried to read us that we're with him or this”.

“In November, we met Jelal Svechla and asked for a calm and promised us that in March we would be directly locked in the Law of the Salaries, taking what we were offering and saying that in late March it would be before MPs. But what happened, in March we didn't have any access to this law and seeing that prices were rising and we asked what is already”, Jasharaj said.

Ali Gashi chairman of the Administration Union said that if the Civil Servants Law goes into effect, we will have seized administration and political administration, EO reports.

“One of the basic principles of this law has been overwhelmingly violated and there has been no transparency by the Government of Kosovo. This is an ongoing fraud, and the policy tendency is to disrupt the organisational structure of civil servants”.

This Bill for Civil Servants, not only is it bad enough to plague the government system, but civil servants as well. We will actually have the seized and political administration”, Gashi said.
