The home of former Chief of Appeals, Haxhi Drcgi, has been raided this morning by Kosovo Police.

This raid was led by special prosecution.

Several days ago, a two-year-old research has turned up an affair in which 150 thousand euros were allegedly given to influence the carrying out of certain subjects in Kosovo courts.

The incidents reflect the involvement of former Chief of Appeals Haxhi Drcgi in a corrupt relationship. All the recordings have been made in public places and constitute issues of high public interest.

The shipment has later claimed that the recordings published by KALLXO.com have been unauthorizedly received.

The former chief prosecutor says he will offer his full readiness for co-operation with all competent organs to clarify any sequences related to these publications.

For two consecutive days, parts of the investigation into a suspected corruption case have emerged, in which people of the justice system, politics and businessmen are allegedly involved.

Businessman Sali Dajaj is claiming that through two people he has given 150 thousand euros to former Appeals Chief Haxhi Dorg, to influence a court case for a debt worth 3.5m euros to be returned in his favour.

Dajaj has confessed that as two people, businessman Hasan Morina and Vetevendosje official (just suspended from party membership), Liridon Fajri, had met him and told him that they had their own man who could turn the matter in his favor but that he had to be given 150 thousand euros.

Dajaj has indicated that he had trusted them and borrowed the money to lend Hadzi Dorg, then the chief prosecutor of Appeals.

For this reason he had met Hasan Morina and Liridon Fadin, and then former chief Dorgi himself.

The latter, according to a video recording, advises Dachaj to stand in court, find people and give money, or the subject is not done in his favor.

Make ready this process, find people, give money, otherwise this job doesn't take place” he ordered Hadzi Drcgut businessman Sali Dajaj.

At another meeting, which Dajaj has also recorded with a camera, Dorg denies he has taken the money, but does not deny he has met with judges about Sali Dallaj's class.
