Chief European Union Mission for Rule of Law in Kosovo, EULEX, Lars Gunnar Wigemark, has visited northern Mitrovica, where it has met with political representatives, civil society and EULEX police unit.
According to Wigemark, the security situation in the north is very fragile, and Serb residents in this part of Kosovo are afraid.
