CEC to Periscope: Term for application of political subjects postponed by November 25th

Elez has confirmed this for Periscope, adding that the deadline for appointment of the Municipal Election Commissions has been extended in the four municipalities where the elections will be held.

Consequently, the deadline for the CEC's decision-making for certification or not of political subjects and candidates from November 26th to November 28th 2022” has been extended, Elesi said.

In addition Elez said that so far the CEC has accepted two applications of political subjects for certificate.
