During today's visit to Skopje, Germany's president, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, said that “is happy because the German-French proposal has now achieved success and is accepting”.
Serbia's prime minister, Anna Brnabyc, who for the media in Paris said the new proposals for Kosovo cannot be discussed until the already reached agreements are implemented, which according to it are the Brussels Agreement and the formation of the Serbian Communist Association.
“Pristina should start establishing association, this is the starting point above all. Second, if the agreement has not been implemented and Pristina does not meet its obligations by the Brussels agreement, I do not know who will guarantee any” agreement, Brnabic has stressed.
More importantly, she added, “is to work on what has been agreed on so that Pristina can finally start establishing association and for Serbs to return to institutions, have additional stability and space to discuss some other proposals and continue dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina”.
