We have received answers from both sides. We're studying them”, Borell said.
“I hope that it (proposal) will represent a change and a step forward in this process”, he added on the eve of the G7 foreign ministers meeting in Münster, the European Foreign Service broadcasts (EESAS).
The Spanish diplomat stressed that “the new” for dialogue was introduced to the parties initially prior to the summer season “to overcome the permanent state of the crisis we have been working on and to seek a comprehensive normalisation of their” relations.
He has estimated that the momentum created after the commitment of Germany and France should be exploited.
And I think this is a good opportunity to use to make relations between Pristina and Belgrade more normal, because, in order for both to advance on their European path, this normalisation of relations is very important”
