Special meetings are followed by a joint trilateral meeting between the European Union (BE), Serbia and Kosovo, within the dialogue for normalisation of relations.
Kurti is currently at the meeting, while Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, is warned to have his meeting at 9:00.
According to Serbian Tanjug, along with Borel, the European side at the meeting will also represent EU special representative for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak.
