On the other hand, he said EULEX is monitoring the situation closely in the country's north.
While, Secretary General NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, has expressed disappointment at the failure to reach a license agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
He through a Facebook post has announced that he has spoken with European Union Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell about the situation created.
Stoltenberg has said that escalation should be avoided and that now is the time for responsibilities and pragmatic solutions.
