European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy High Representative Josep Borrell has said it must avoid Russia's intervention in Western Balkan affairs.

I think there are two words that sum up what should happen in the Western Balkans: one is flexibility and the other is reconciliation. We must avoid Russia's intervention in Western Balkan issues”, Borrell said, among other things.
What Putin is willing to do is to put Ukraine into business in the defeat. This is a war crime. We have to and will continue reporting #Ukraine.
