Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has said there is no agreement between Kosovo and Serbia on the license issue.
He for the European Union's special envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has been between him and Lajcak alone, and not as reported in the media that he met Petar Petkov.
“The meeting in Brussels was just between me and Lajcak. Any rapporteur who reported developments in Brussels has been disinformed. Everything reported on the media is disinfectant. Bislim met with Petkov, Petkoviqi did not travel to Brussels”, Bislim said.
He has said that with the discussion made on August 17th, Kosovo and Serbia have agreed to discuss normalising relations.
Our “position is in the past four months, four important things for dialogue have taken place. With the discussion on August 17th, Kosovo and Serbia agreed to discuss normalisation, and that is the first topic to be discussed”, he has followed.
