Kosovo's chief negotiator in dialogue with Serbia, Besnik Bislimi, has said that today's agreement opens all doors to begin with intensive talks about the EU-proposed plan supported by Germany and France.
He said that European diplomacy chief Josep Borrell will soon invite Vucinqi's Kurt to a meeting.
“Now, Borrell will invite both leaders to begin intensive conversations about his proposal and with the support of Germany and France”, Bislimi has indicated.
On the other hand, he said that with today's agreement, Serbia will rest with the reregistering of cars with KM license plates, while Kosovo will suspend setting fines.
