Biserko: Serbs to return to Kosovo institutions, Vuciq testing international

Leaving Kosovo institutions, Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, is testing the international community enough to manipulate it, Danas told the Serbian newspaper Sonja Biserko, chairman of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights, in response to the question whether and when Serbs from Kosovo will return to institutions.

The removal of Serbs from the institutions, she emphasises, is an additional pressure on Kosovo.

As she adds, Vuciq insists that the Association of Serb majority municipalities be formed before the signing of the agreement, while Kosovo, after the agreement, submits Express.
