Berisha at the media conference has also stated that 150 Kosovo police officers have quit their jobs this year because of poor wages, old equipment.
He has also added that the situation in the north is very tense.
“Politics or government has big words, to take in the expansionist side, or believe, to fill out the line that it wants to get up to Nis, in fact, acts have contractions. We remember that Kosovo police are in a serious state of operation. Kosovo police, The KSF and all security organs are working in serious working conditions. Starting with extended hours, no extra hours, lack of job insurance, low wages, and poor clothing that leave much to be desired. I announce that 150 Kosovo police officers have quit their jobs this year. Due to poor wages, due to outdated equipment, due to the economic situation. It's a huge mistake, that the government of Kosovo is keeping the ethnic situation relaxed as if no cure had happened. The situation in the north is very tense”, Berisha has said.
