Sources said for NBC News that President Biden had just told Zelensky for another $1 billion in US aid, when the Ukrainian president started listing the additional aid he needed.

President Biden later lost his patience, four sources have confirmed.

The president allegedly raised his voice and told Zelensky that the American people were being very generous and working hard to help.

An internal source said President Biden was direct with his Ukrainian counterpart for handling issues in the right way, but insisted the exchange was not angry.

Three sources told him. NBC that President Beden's disappointments with Zelensky were increasing every week.

Yet, it is taught that their relationship has improved since then.

After the June 15th call, Zelensky published a public video message thanking President Beden for the promised assistance.

I've had a very important conversation with US President Biden today. I'm grateful for this support. It is especially important for our defence in Donbas”, he said.

President Biden also made a statement confirming $1 billion in aid. He said the US “will not waver in dedication to the Ukrainian people as they fight for their freedom”.
