Navalny, Russian President Vladimir Putin's most prominent local critic and a strong opponent of the war in Ukraine, is already serving prison sentences of one to two years for fraud, contempt of court and violation of parole, which he considers to be fabricated against him.
He said that just days before close family members went to see him, prison officials told him that he was considered a serious <x0-repudiator and that he would be transferred to a cell where long visits were not allowed.
“So no more visits... They're doing this to shut me up,” he said in a series of tweets.
So, what's my first assignment? That's right, let's not be afraid and shut up,” Navajo added, Reuters writes.
