When Albin Kurti observed America's and EU calls and rejected them

Last week, at the address of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti came two disappointments. One from America, the other from the European Union. Both reactions have to do with the failure to implement the license agreement for 10 months, as they requested, as well as the scaling of this decision on the [...]
Albin Kurti is known for rejecting many agreements, which he and his party manifested with violent protests, both in the streets and in the Kosovo Parliament. It is about those of August 25th and 26th of 2015 -- opposition to Zajednica and Demarkation with Montenegro, however, that were international demand and pressure -- to apply as such.
Whatever the case, Kurt even as a powerman went on to tell you many processes, writes Periscope.
Washington Agreement
Upon becoming prime minister, Albin Kurti said he would review the Washington agreement, which was signed by former Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti. Kurti thought that in full this agreement was not good for Kosovo and that he was winning only Vucinqi.
The immediate “effect had not been what happened after the signing, what preceded the signing, and this is the opening of the White House gate to Serbia's president”, Kurti said.
Meanwhile, America repeatedly called for Kosovo and Serbia to firmly adhere to this agreement.
Weeman Lake Fissibility Study
Under Washington's agreement, it was meant to be a feasibility study for Weeman Lake. On June 23rd, the US handed over this study to Kosovo and Serbia conducted by the US Energy Department, where it recommends that this lake be regulated according to the Columbia River treaty.
As for the US report about Weyman Lake, Kurti said this issue is closed and that Kosovo's ownership and sovereignty could never be questioned.
Prime Minister Kurti had said that analysis and research can be produced, but it's our <x0th mandate to consider Weman Lake, as it is, Kosovo artificial lake”.
We paid for it many decades ago”, Kurti said.
Serbian referendum in Kosovo
Despite calls from the QUINT countries in January 2022 to allow Serbia's referendum in Kosovo through OSCE vote collection, the three leaders of Kosovo's central institutions -- President Osmani, Prime Minister Kurti and Prime Minister Konjufca -- were unanimously declared against allowing the referendum to be held.
Prime Minister Kurti was the one who insisted that Serbs can vote through the Post or their liaison office, but is direct. For this, there were protests in the north.
“We call on the Kosovo government to allow Serbs in Kosovo to exercise their right to vote in the elections and electoral processes in line with this established practice”, was the call of QUINT and the EU which was not taken into account.
Failure to comply with Constitutional Court decision on Decani Monastery
Since 2016, when Kosovo's Constitutional Court had ruled on property around the Decani Monastery, the international community -- namely, America and the EU have consistently called on Kosovo institutions to be implemented as a decision.
One such thing was even raised by American Secretary Antony Blinken, who this year directly requested implementation of the agreement in question.
But the Kosovo government and the Decani municipality where the monastery is located are reluctant to implement the Constitutional Court's decision, because according to them the lands around the monastery have been property of social enterprises, expressing a “surprise as to how the right of the party is known in procedure”.
According to Prime Minister Kurti, Albin Kurti, It is wrong for everything that has Milosevic's regime to be legitimised in independent Kosovo.
I understand that the Decani Monastery has to have a space around it and they need the quietness of the environment, I understand they need the help of the Kosovo government, but we have our usual reserve for the decisions of the Milosevic regime who for my obedience are surprisingly accepted by a Constitutional Court act that has treated a subject without passing it on the usual” stages, was one of Kurti's statements on the issue.
Priority dialogue to bottom. ) No.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti, through his election campaign, had listed dialogue with Serbia as the issue toward the end of the ranks of priorities. However, once in power, dialogue, of course, was urged by the internationals to be treated with high priority and seriousness.
When we are at the Association of Serbian municipalities, or Zajednica, as it is known in Serbian, Kurti continues to take a stand that it should not be formed as such as the Constitutional Court's decision envisions. So there shouldn't be Republika Srpska.
Since then, even today, America continues to call for the creation of association, where such a thing has recently been made by special emissary Gabriel Escobar during its stay in Kosovo.
There is already a French-German proposal document, which according to reports, has something from the Association there.
Targets
A very persistent one recently gave Kurti the deadline for the license agreement. Although the EU's America demanded that the deadline for Serb car registration be extended for another 10 months, the prime minister decided not to listen. As a result, the disappointments of the allies came.
The EU even viewed as violating the agreement reached in Brussels that recently made the Kosovo government.
“While the decision is a step in the right direction, it is not in line with the Dialogue Agreements, which are binding on both sides.
By November 21st, it will be the measure of reproof. From 21 November to 21 January will be the penalty measure. On January 21st, we will have pro-saving plates for two months. After each date on April 21st, there will be other license plates in the Republic of Kosovo”, is Kurti's clarification. /Missini Cavalry ?
