The victims, Peter and Jason Korshuy, father and son (48 and 18 years of age) have been swept away by torrent waters on the Rock of the Great Mountains in the afternoon of November 20.
Their bodies were found only Monday morning, after several hours of research.
Flooded still are 539 residences, most of them in Shkodra, while 24 are in Lezha.
Because of the dire situation, 318 residents have been evacuated in Shkodra County.
They're sheltering in dorms or near their relatives.
Even though Civil Emergency officials have said that the situation has improved, there may be a relapse.
According to them, Drin Rivers, Sixer and Erzen have numerous flows, and they risk getting out of bed if the rains continue.
Currently, over 240 effective armed forces have focused on the two counties most affected by floods to come to the aid of residents.
In addition to Shkodra and Lezha, floods have occurred in Tirana, Durres, Vlora, Fier and Gjirokastra.
