The board of directors of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency held the next meeting, in which it discussed and made important decisions.
At this meeting the Board approved the regulation for internal organisation and systematisation of jobs in the AKP; the AKP's Annual Work and Performance Plan for 2023; Asset Sale Transactions through Liquidiation No. 60; as well as approved the House Commission's Report on the sale of 27 social enterprise-owned residences on the basis of demands submitted by legal users of them according to legal procedures in force.
In terms of the liquidation process, the Board approved the initiative of liquidation procedures for social/asset companies: Ceramic industry KIS, Gjilan; “Gazela”, Pristina and “SirovinaBanat”, Pristina.
The board was also announced with final reports of NS in liquidation: Agricultural cooperative “ ) KK Decan and NSh “K B Red” As long as these final reports are sent to the Supreme Court's Special Chamber for approval and closure of these companies. During this meeting, temporary distribution reports were also approved for creditors of these companies:
NSh “Drita Hotel” Ferizaj?
NSh “Duhani” Pristina;
NSh “Shipad Komerc” Pay?
NSh “XIQ Karaceva” Kamenica; during this meeting of the Board, the AKP management presented the monthly report of activities for the period of advance; as well as the monthly report on NS Brezovica, which is under direct management, where preparations are being made for the winter season.
