“Next to Adam Jashar would celebrate two parties”, Balla: We're going to The Hague, to congratulate KLA leaders on Flag Day

The ball began the word by mentioning Adem Jashari, who on the next day would celebrate two holidays, his birthday and Albania's independence.

He also suggested that tomorrow, in the case of the 100th anniversary of Independence, a group of deputies of Albania and Kosovo will go to The Hague to wish KLA leaders closely for Flag Day.

Tomorrow, November 28th, Adem Jashari would celebrate two holidays -- the 110th anniversary of Albania's Independence and his 67th birthday. I don't know what Adam Yasar would like to tell us, or blame us if he was here among us today. He couldn't survive freedom, he couldn't achieve liberation, he didn't enjoy it as he would like the day of Kosovo's independence, even though he did everything he could to achieve. Kosovo, Bill Klinon, would call a victory for peace, a victory for democracy and its values by underlining that “and smaller nations” could win if the right lies behind them. “Kosovo, for the world and for the United States, stood for something greater than itself (Kosovo)”. And as we talk about these values, we should not forget the internationally recognised fact and the special credit of President Rugova, who turned democracy into the doctrine of Kosovo's salvation and the West into its allies.

What would the baca Adam blame us for today? Perhaps it would be his desire to see us more together, more integrated, more co-ordinated, more convinced that Kosovo's freedom has been a big dream since the 19th century Berlin Congress, which we achieved with so much sacrifice and alliance with the West. So as today Ademi Jashar would like to see us representatives of Albania and Kosovo often. And perhaps he would reprove us for taking care of us to protect the deserved splendor of victory and the purity of the liberation war. For as we rejoiced in victory and the proclamation of independence, others, losers and their allies skillfully took care to stain pots, the bright liberation war.

Peaceful resistance, the fair battle for freedom and democracy of the Kosovo Albanian people, and the Bible human waves that fled the slaughter set the democratic world on the move with a decisive response. The response that came after barbarous military operations ethnic cleansing, which resulted in the displacement of hundreds of thousands of civilians, half a million here in Albania alone, massacres and ruthless ethnic cleansings in Kosovo, is a monument of horror and darkness!

There are 12,000 sons and daughters whose lives you are robbed, there are 20,000 women and girls who were raped... and still today: there are about 1600 other dead and unaccomplished persons, or as they say in bureaucratic language: they result in extinction.

And yet today, the living seek darkness, their beloved. But the Dark Monument is not over! Because today, UCK commanders are detained, in the same prison, as those who ordered massacres in Kosovo, Srebrenica and elsewhere, on the basis of some accusations of peace, a report, and a resolution, for those who wrote it and those who voted it. We Albanians are always grateful to the international community and particularly to the US, who took responsibility and came to our aid. Tomorrow we're going to HAGE to wish the commanders the Independence Day. The first full and single intervention so far, NATO's military on European soil, recognised the Kosovo Liberation Army war, which resulted in Kosovo's independence.

That was the right thing to do. Putin's war in Ukraine has put Europe into a new era of danger. Putin's war is bringing us back a lot of analogy. One of these relates to the fact that Russia is speaking equally of human organ trafficking in Ukraine. We should have defended and defended the legitimacy of the KLA's heroic war for the liberation of the country and being convinced that despite no parallels can be established between inhuman massacres, ethnic cleansing, murder, rape, and war crimes, by leaders and members of the official Serbian war machine and its paramilitaries during the war in Kosovo, on one hand, and the integrity of the KLA's just cause in response to the life and freedom of the people in Kosovo, on the other hand, any suspicion of crimes should be cleared by the law's agents according to the legal principles of the legal process, but that there can not be endlessly investigated; each case must be finished with the purpose of once being healed of the wounds of the past.

Today, we have to keep and feel a sense of guilt about how Albanian politics should behave in Kosovo and Albania today, to be as valuable as the jashare sacrifice. The courage to be killed for freedom is as important as the courage today to face peace with the opponent and to protect the dream of being free. Remembering that our victory was reached by the West in the arm and must be closed and sanctioned in alliance with the European Union and NATO. MP colleagues, as we celebrate the 145th anniversary of the Albanian League of Prizren next year, would propose that the upcoming meeting of our two assemblies be in Prizren on June 10th 2023.
