He said this act is criminal and is not necessary to show disappointment with the Kosovo Government's decision to reregister the license plates, which he called legitimate.
“Zarravity towards the wealth of individuals who have registered their cars on the RKS license plates is a criminal offense and the wrong way to show dissatisfaction with the government's legitimate policy”, Abbott wrote.
Kosovo police have announced that in the early hours of Wednesday, they have accepted information about firing and burning a RKS license car in Zubin Potok, whose owner has been a citizen of the Serb community.
Police have said firefighters have appeared on the scene of the incident and that authorities are investigating the case.
Kosovo institutions have blamed illegal groups for these incidents.
