On the other hand, Ahaz has said that Kosovo must act wisely, because this process instructs Kosovo towards the EU.
The Berlin Process and the agreements mark the most important moment of 2022. It's an orientation towards Euro-Atlantic values in the EU”.
Our “position must be wise, not to take citizens north of the country hostage. This Euro-Atlantic agenda is the only one that wins citizens. The Berlin meeting sinks in vain efforts for the open Balkans.
This process, according to Abbas, is also important for the fact that it treats Kosovo equal to other Balkan countries.
The Berlin Process has shown the Balkans that it has to do with six equal states and that there are no conditions. We should thank the German state for that. I hope that ratification will take place in the Balkan countries and that there will be concrete implementation even though there may be delays”.
On the other hand, he said the plates are the product of an maneuver made by the EU's special minister for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, so that “the recognition process in the centre will delay as much as possible”.
“Dialogue has taken it hostage, including liberalisation. Target measures have very noble intentions. We're on the side of the Western world. Serbia has clearly sabotaged the dialogue. The decisions we must make in the interest of Kosovo”.
