In the AAK draft resolution, following the intervention of Prime Minister Kurti for “the urgent measures of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo in relation to the situation created in the country”, the government was required to start discussions on the return of Serbs to institutions after their resignations.
REZOLUTA
1. Kosovo institutions: The presidency, Parliament, Government of the Republic of Kosovo, institutions at all levels, start intensive dialogue with Kosovo Serbs to return to Kosovo institutions and return bilateral trust;

Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has submitted a resolution to the Kosovo Assembly regarding dialogue with Serbia.
Haradinaj at today's session, where the intervention is being held to Prime Minister Kurti, has called on institutions to start dialogue with local Serbs to return to institutions, to have co-ordination with the opposition, and to hold a several-day summit in the United States for reaching the final agreement with Serbia.

However, Haradinaj listed some criticism against the institutional leaders, in terms of the situation created in recent weeks, prior to reaching the agreement for license with Serbia.
Unfortunately, the current actions of Kosovo institutions have not been in line with the situation created. The country's prime minister, instead of ignoring the US's request to postpone the decision of the license agreement, has chosen the worst scenario for implementing phases for the deal. This has also given Serbia space to play the victim and take anti-Kosovo action. Unfortunately, neither the country's president nor the Parliament have acted in accordance with the seriousness of the situation, acting that nothing extraordinary has happened in these two weeks, he said.
