Adem Jashar, with 10 warriors, was ambushed, and after four hours of fierce fighting, police forces withdrew bloody.
In their retirement, Serbian forces, savaged by the shocks that were given to Adam Jashar, began shooting left and right without mercy against anyone they saw, and in the village of Lausa they killed teacher Halit Geci at the school door, which was buried at a large ceremony on November 28, 1997, Kosovo Press broadcasts.

Serbia was unable to enter Drenica until January 22, 1998, the day when it was surrounded for the second time and was struck with artillery and other weapons. Ademi that night was not at home.
