At the opening of this exhibition, Kosovo Assembly Speaker Glauk Konjufca, who again stressed that Selimi and other former UCK leaders are being held unjustly at the detention centre in The Hague.
“He has sent them from The Hague where he is being tried, but where trial has not yet begun, is being charged without indictment, along with other collaborators with former Parliament Speaker Krasniqi, with former Parliament Speaker Veselin Thaci.
We are aware as a people of the justice and purity of our liberation war”, Conjufca said.
He has recalled the period when former MP Rexhep Selimi had announced it with his first painting.
