The Regulatory Office has announced the mediating parties that following the licensing of the Serbian company “electricity” none of the guide points have been met, which should be implemented in a 100-day period.
“Other than the first point dealing with issuing a license for supply under the guide's framework, none of the other points have been completed so far”, said Ymer Fejzullahu, chairman of the ZRE Board.
Fyzulah told about RTK that by agreement for the guide, it is up to the ZRE Board to examine the license for the operator “Electr” in a 15-day period.
After consulting with other parties, unless the criteria mentioned on the guide are met, Z The RRI will withdraw the license, that's mentioned in the guide, and it's also within the framework of the ZERE's decision to grant the license to the electricityer”, Fyzullahu added.
Kosovo and Serbia agreed for the third time on implementation of the Energy Agreement, but such was hindered by the Serbian state itself.
The guide predicted that nine points would be fulfilled within a 100 - day period.
Two days after this deal, the Regulatory Office in two days licensed the Serbian company “Electricity”, which did not meet any of the points put forward in the guide.
