“As to the use of nuclear weapons, I will give an example. Now we sit down and hear constant calls for Russia to hit the decision-making centre in Ukraine. How should the planet react? It doesn't matter whether Ukraine belongs to NATO or not. This is happening in Europe. No one has the right to root as a terrorist”, the Ukrainian president explains in his interview, according to Prague.
And he goes on: “If the message is that the decision-making center is going to be hit, people have to say this: “look, if Bankova gets hit, (the road where many government buildings are in Kyiv), then there's going to be a blow where you are, the one who gives orders to kill people. If you do that, then in one second, despite the result of the strike, your decision-making center will be hit instead. ”
On CTV and CBC networks, Zelensky also stressed that Ukraine lives with a neighbour “who understands only the force. ”
