Kosovo's first Deputy Prime Minister, Besnik Bislimi, will participate online at the conference on security in the Western Balkans to be held today in Belgrade.
That's how Bislim made it known last night through the social Twitter network.
I'll participate online at the conference tomorrow. We apologize to the entire diplomatic body, the civil societyorg. And the organizers, who cannot be there and show our view of the processes we are in. For today's events we've even informed international actors” - Bislim said on Twitter.
Bislimi returned halfway yesterday after trying to go to Belgrade to be part of the two forums there.
He has said the reason for his detention has not been security, but the fact that at these two forums, Kosovo planned to expand its side of developments in the country, rejecting, as he said, propaganda is being distributed to citizens in Serbia by the Serbian government.
