Following two deputies from the Guxo List, Life Statovci and Haxhi Avdyli, who came out Monday against the government's decision, today four VV deputies rejected the decision.
MP Fatmir Humolli has stressed that he opposes this decision.
He even added that Kurt is going to destabilise the country.
There are doubts that the Government wants education workers on strike, nothing else. He's indirectly calling the education workers to continue, because he needs to destabilise the country as much as”, analyzes Humlli for Blic.
The ban on wages for striking education workers, according to him, is a rather wrong decision.
This government is acting as if it were in March, not in Kosovo”, he has said, among other things. According to him, the MEPs of the Vetevendosje Movement have a show in front of themselves for Government, and if not, then, they have demanded the collapse of this government.
Unfortunately, this Government is acting as if it were in March, not in Kosovo, it is not understanding the ruling reality. We are making an effort for the deputies of the Kosovo Assembly, us of Vetevendosje to light this government, if it cannot turn this government on, because it is damaging the country to individual individuals or certain groups.”, he said.
After that, MP Eman Candman has also demanded that wages be raised for strikers.
“Pages should be processed for all teachers, lost hours should be compensated by the end of the school year”, he wrote.
VV deputy Alban Bajrami has also demanded that the Government perform wage executions, as well as find alternative for the compensation of hours lost during the strike.
According to him, the Government and the Ministry of Education should be co-ordinated with the SBASK to find common consensus in order to become the best solution for students.
The government has to deal with the SBASK and cooperate with the Ministry of Education for the replacement of hours, have to co-ordination for hours lost because it's hours wasted, should be compensated through holiday days or any other option. They have to find a consensus with the SBASK and the Ministry of Education. Salaries should be executed”, Deputy Bajrami told Gazette10.
Against his party, except for some already declared, MP Visar Kornica has also emerged as far as wages are concerned.
“Korenica, pro-paid pay and compensation of lost hours”, Korenica said of Front Online.
If Government doesn't make a decision to be paid, it faces union actions whatever they're going to be, it has declared.
Otherwise, the Education Union has suspended the strike, launching the teaching process on 3 October.
