The Tauglairi peak is the 7th highest peak in the world, at 1,167 feet [1,167 m] above. It's in the Himalayas mass. Climbs to this top take place during two seasons, spring and autumn.
Kosovo climber Uta Ibrahimi has challenged this top, trying to climb despite great difficulties.
In a Skype connection to “ABC Morning”, she has shared the emotions of this experience and the reflection she has had as she climbed to the top.
The most appropriate season to climb to the top is in advance. In this case there were two spring and autumn seasons, as it depends on more rainfall or snow. There are climbers who decide when to go.
Every Himalayan story has something special. That's what you've had since you couldn't get out, it reflects something about you. You've been trying to figure out why you didn't make it to May. It was snow and rain, and it took us two days to get there and to return”, Uta said.
She also spoke of her marriage, which she has only recently accomplished, stating that she has not yet performed the honeymoon. Uta has explained that her husband is also a climber, and this has led to each other away.
We haven't had time to do our honeymoon since we had a job. I also had the Himalayan project and so we didn't go”, she added. /abcnews. al
