These are some of the measures described in the normative act that was deposited in the Assembly today.
During the summer, the air conditioner should not be promoted to temperatures lower than 27 degrees Celsius, while during winter it should not be higher than 21 degrees.
In the bill, non-public households reportedly implement the measures needed for reducing the use of electricity for buildings.
This normous act will be in force as long as the emergency period in power supply lasts and is not applicable to health service delivery institutions, schools, gardens, police commissioners and criminal decision enforcement institutions.
The document obliges budgetary customers to reduce the electricity consumption of their buildings by 15%, compared to the current month of the previous year, while otherwise fined:
The repeated two-month failure to save energy from the institution, society or company is considered administrative offense and fined by 50 000. The administrative measure is put to the institution's title, social administrator or company, which has the management responsibility of the respective property”.
The institution tasked with implementing this norm act is the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, while at the O General Assembly's decision SHEE has established special structure “Power Task-Forca. /Top Channel/
