Teachers' ranks cause divisions: 7 ruling deputies oppose Kurti Government

But that is not all. The Kosovo government, despite all developments, decided that teachers who participated in the strike would not execute their salaries for September.

Thus, teachers were left without pay for September.

MPs from the position, exactly from the ruling party in the country, did turn against this decision recently.

Publicly, VV deputy Eman Uniman declared that wages should be prosecuted for all teachers, not sharing here those who were part of the strike.

After Candorman, the deputy of Vetevendosje, Alban Bajrami, was also brought against this Kosovo government decision.

Bajrami asked the Kurti Government to conduct salary execution and find alternative to compensation for lost hours during the strike.

According to Bajrami, the Government and the Ministry of Education should be co-ordinated with the SBASK to find common consensus in order to become the best solution for students.

The government has to deal with the SBASK and cooperate with the Ministry of Education for the replacement of hours, co-ordination for lost hours because it's wasted hours, must be compensated through holiday days or any other possibility. They have to find a consensus with the SBASK and the Ministry of Education. Salaries should be executed”, deputy Bajrami said.

Similar to the two high-ranking deputies has been declared the other deputy of Vetevendosje Movement, Fatmir Humolli.

In a statement on news.net, Humolli said this decision is incorrect and that the same, according to the MP, is as if the Government is willing education workers to continue the strike.

“I am confident that the government has taken this decision against the whole will of Kosovo Assembly deputies. I am very convinced that most of Kosovo's deputies are about to give them their salaries. The majority of MPs have thought that education workers should be given to”, Humolli has finished.

The first from the parliamentary position group to react to this decision is List MP Guxo, Life Statovci.

Statovci last night called for the Kosovo government to execute salaries for teachers who were part of the strike.

It was not long before Stovci's co-party, Haxhi Avdyli, emerged.

Avdyli also demanded that MPs' salaries be executed, despite the development of the strike.

“Even I as Kosovo Parliamentary MP from the Guxo Party, part of the VV parliamentary group, agree with the findings of colleague Life Statovci, who must be paid the salaries of US teachers. The strike appears to have had political background, where the SBASK leaders completely deviated from union ideas. But despite that, I still think that wages should be paid. For the sake of education, students honest educators, their families, but also citizens who want quiet in institutions and quality in education, today I join in calling for the release of salaries for strike teachers”, he said.

But Avdyli said he shouldn't let go of the chance of replacing lost hours as long as possible.

Let's keep it a good lesson for all those who wanted to manipulate teachers and students for political agendas to keep their hands off schools. But today we must be with the well - being of honest educators. That is the absolute majority. And in the meantime, during the school year, the possibility of replacing lost hours should be looked at as far as it can be”, he added.

The cause of the heavy economic situation, the execution of wages for teachers was requested by the other power deputy, Gramos Agushal.

I think how legally action is right, but should it apply, I think not, because of the economic situation, but on the other hand, teachers should give the promise that lost hours should be compensated for”, he stressed.

And the first pay execution came up with VV deputy Visar Kornica. He said that in compensation for this, it takes compensation for lost classes.
